Fit Penguin ("we", "the app") is a fitness/exercise reference app developed by Van Lang Technologies. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.
Fit Penguin does not require an account, and does not collect your name, email address, or any personal profile information. The following data is collected by third-party services integrated into the app:
Your workout history, streaks, XP, saved language preference, and display name are stored locally on your device (not on our servers) and are used only to personalize your experience within the app. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
We do not collect health records, biometric data, precise location, contacts, photos, or any government-issued identifiers. Fit Penguin is not intended for use by children under 13.
Since the app stores your usage data locally rather than on our servers, you can delete all of it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. We retain no server-side copy of your personal usage history.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
